Construction Field Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to fill a Construction Worker position. This role will involve working on various construction projects, performing general tasks, and traveling weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment at construction sites
- Consult with team leaders and managers on construction plans
- Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
- Adhere to health and safety regulations when operating equipment
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Clean and store construction equipment and tools properly
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus
- Some experience in construction preferred
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Class A CDL preferred but not required (can help obtain)
