Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as changing linens and emptying trash
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • CPR certification
