Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as changing linens and emptying trash
- Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance
- CPR certification
