Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • CPR certification
