Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing inquiries related to purchase orders, tracking order statuses, and addressing general customer questions. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication between procurement, production, and our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties
  • Act as a liaison among management, sales, production, purchasing, and customers regarding the processing of requests and purchase orders.
  • Address customer complaints concerning product quality, specifications, and delivery conditions in accordance with company policies.
  • Foster strong working relationships with various internal departments to provide a comprehensive and professional experience for customers.
  • Oversee customer schedules and requirements to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle exceptions in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in business review meetings to monitor and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and utilize hands for various tasks.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree coupled with three to five years of relevant experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
