Full-Time Registered Nurse for Medical Unit Day Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit Day Shift team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to a culture of excellence and safety.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work on our Medical Unit Day Shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing practice, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
- Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote clinical outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care
- Participate in unit-based shared governance activities and quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain a culture of safety and respect
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree, ADN, or Diploma in Nursing required
- At least 1 year of RN experience, with demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations
- BSN degree
- Previous specialty experience preferred
