Job Title: Residential Pre-Sale Inspector

Integrity Home Exteriors, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Residential Pre-Sale Inspector to join our team. As a Residential Pre-Sale Inspector, you will conduct thorough exterior inspections of residential properties, focusing on roofing, windows, gutters, siding, and doors. Your detailed reports will help homeowners understand the condition of their property and any recommended repairs or upgrades, facilitating informed decisions without sales pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with homeowners by going door-to-door, using a company vehicle, creating leads, and setting+conducting inspection appointments for yourself, with the end goal being to flip said inspections into sales appointments with our in-home sales team.
  • Schedule and perform detailed home exterior inspections.
  • Examine roofing, windows, gutters, and doors for signs of damage, wear, or potential failure.
  • Educate homeowners on inspection findings, emphasizing the importance of high-quality materials and workmanship.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Stay current with industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in residential construction and remodeling.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical guidelines during inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management, residential construction inspection, or a similar role within the construction or home improvement industry will give you a great head start in terms of helping you communicate with customers in natural, seamless fashion.
  • Communication Skills learned through Customer Service, Sales, Restaurant industry Serving, Real Estate, Personal Fitness Training, and jobs that require time-management skills all translate very into the skillset required to be successful in this role.
  • Ability to climb ladders frequently.
  • Must have an active driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and concisely.
  • High School Diploma or Vocational High School Diploma (required).

Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday: 11am- 7:30pm (weekends optional).
  • Friday: 11am-5pm.
  • (Weekend Appointments Optional).
Pay Structure:
  • $20 per hr paid weekly + weekly commission + monthly revenue bonuses (Estimated total yearly compensation: $65,000 - $85,000).
Commission (Paid Weekly):
  • $45 for every inspection flipped to a demoed sales appointment (Demoed = Sales Rep gets a chance to pitch our services and products to the customer. Purchase isn't necessary for appointment to be commissionable).
Bonus (Paid Monthly)
  • 1% bonus of all revenue bonuses from your sales appointments that turn into a closed sales over the course of the month (contract signed and funding secured).
Estimated Yearly Total Compensation:
  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
