Key Responsibilities- Plan and schedule programs to meet branch and association goals and objectives.
- Staff management: supervise, train, and evaluate staff and volunteers in the aquatics department.
- Ensure safety is planned into all policies, procedures, programs, events, training, and evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
- Assume responsibility while on duty in the event of an emergency and follow all procedures outlined in the Aquatic Safety Plan and Facility Emergency Action Plan.
