Position Overview:

Your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents, addressing their emotional, social, and physical needs. You will provide direct care in accordance with individual care plans and under the guidance of your supervisor. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by community representatives.

It is essential to adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control policies while maintaining the established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and nursing protocols.


Qualifications:

To qualify, you must possess:
- A current certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing as per state regulations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age (or 16 years if currently enrolled in high school).
- Proficiency in English with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
- Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work as scheduled based on position requirements.


Experience:

While prior experience in long-term care is preferred, it is not mandatory.


Shift Availability:

We are looking for candidates for all shifts, offering Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities.
