Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)-- Summit county We've already got the caseloads if you've got the desire and drive to make a positive impact on the lives of these patients and their families. A little about the job: We're a Skilled Home Health company meaning that we provide short-term intermittent care to get our patients better and back to their lives. This is NOT shift work. Our LPNs see 6 patients per day. Prior experience in skilled home health is always a good thing However, we're willing to invest the time and resources to train the right LPN if you're willing to learn. Do you travel? YES. You make your own schedule. On average our nurses drive between 20-30 miles per day within their territories. We do reimburse mileage. The Role We are looking for a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team, focusing on providing top-notch nursing care and support in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess: Excellent teamwork skills, aiding both patients and colleagues.
