Job Description: As a Process Improvement Engineer at Somafina, you will play a key role in identifying areas for process improvement and developing and implementing new procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement new procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Risk Management: Develop and implement quality risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential risks to product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure our products and services comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Work with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., science, engineering, quality assurance).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
