POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Integrated Business Planning Analyst is responsible for leading project design, testing, implementation, and performance monitoring to support Supply Chain Systems and Applications while collaborating with various business areas. This role is vital for the deployment of new functionalities and enhancements to existing tools that aid in supply planning.

The Senior Integrated Business Planning Analyst plays a key role in developing and managing projects that involve Integrated Business Planning tool functionalities, assisting in user transitions to new tools, creating process management frameworks, and resolving existing issues. The incumbent serves as a super user for supply planning, reporting, and deployment, possessing a thorough understanding of master data related to MPS, DRP, and deployment planning.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Designs and executes testing for system upgrades, equipment modifications, or new system implementations to ensure requirements are met.
  • Maintains and updates all system-specific mappings and product coding.
  • Develops and supports business and operational processing algorithms.
  • Communicates updates on new functionalities and system tool rollouts to business users.
  • Collaborates with users to manage system settings that affect performance and data output.
  • Reviews current processes with users to identify improvement opportunities and simplifications.
  • Monitors and supports functions as a Super User in Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Demand Planning.
  • Acts as the primary liaison for build-related tasks with internal and external business partners.
  • Facilitates participation in all phases of system implementation, including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, system development, testing, and support.
  • Enhances business reporting and advanced analytics through the deployment of Daily Dashboards, Supply Trackers, Global Capacity Management, and MS Excel/Power BI.
  • Implements process redesigns and enhancements that foster efficiency and transparency based on current systems.
  • Serves as the liaison for all systems-related topics within Supply Planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with SAP (SD/PP/MM) or equivalent is required.
  • Anaplan experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python is preferred.
  • Experience with PlanIQ and/or Machine Learning/Data Science is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Supply Chain SAAS is required.
  • Understanding of consumer goods production, operations, and industry practices.
  • Background in supply chain management principles such as Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics.
  • Experience in training and developing team members on technical programs and tools.
  • Experience in architecting solutions for existing or new models.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills at both working and executive levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Power BI experience is preferred.
  • Ability to earn the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal and external business partners/customers.
