Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an RN in Tennessee or compact state.
- LS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certification, or obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Prior experience in obstetrical nursing preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
