Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Deployed Global Solutions, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of construction tradesmen and manage construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to project locations.
  • Develop and maintain successful client relationships.
  • Work in the common data environment, ensuring processes, procedures, and security around the construction team's information exchanges.
  • Create document packages for internal review and construction bidding, and update files with as-built documents.
  • Meet customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with running a construction site, including reports, QA/QC, payroll validation, daily meetings, etc.
  • Oversee technical aspects of projects and perform technical tasks in areas of expertise as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to the budget and make quick adjustments when unexpected complications arise.
  • Team and work with multiple subcontractors and vendors across multiple disciplines and projects.
Requirements
  • Strong technical facilities installation skills and understanding of construction methods, blueprints, and regulations.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, organize, oversee, and direct activities regarding the construction and maintenance of facilities.
  • Knowledge of safe working practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others.
  • Exceptional time manager and self-starter.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work multiple projects and client engagements at the same time.
  • Independent, critical thinker and creative problem-solver.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both written and orally.
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office and manufacturing environment, inside and outside, in all weather conditions. This role can routinely use standard office equipment or tools of the trade.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to twist, turn, bend, lift, kneel, climb, and stand. Regular lifting up to 75 lbs. may occur.

Travel

This is a full-time position that requires a mixture of work in the Perkasie, PA area and travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) and overseas (OCONUS) to include hostile areas. When the selected employee is not deployed to a construction project, they shall report to a company facility to assist with preconstruction activities.

Typical hours are 40+ hours per week. The ability to travel and work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays) is required. Relocation to southeastern PA may be required based on contract needs.
