We are currently looking to fill a vital role within our organization for a full-time Customer Service Representative. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to exceptional client service.

Work Schedule:
The standard working hours for this role are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage outgoing calls with attention to detail.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges, including issues related to materials, impressions, and missing information.
  • Foster strong relationships with dental office staff and engage in local and regional dental organizations.
  • Analyze customer remakes and ensure resolution of any issues.
  • Conduct cross-selling and sales outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating doctor preferences and managing databases.
  • Coordinate FedEx pickups and track shipments as necessary.
  • Submit new doctor information to the Learning Management System.
  • Oversee pricing responsibilities, including managing price lists and assisting with pricing inquiries.
  • Establish and manage new accounts while focusing on customer retention.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Computer literate with typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, maintaining a positive demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Proactive and takes initiative in problem-solving.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Preferred: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental setting or call center environment.
