About the RoleThis role offers a competitive base pay of $12-14 per hour, plus bonuses, resulting in an estimated annual salary of approximately $26,000 - $30,000.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
- Promote our Total Body Care philosophy by educating clients on new services, selling our Wellness Program, booking appointments, and encouraging homecare retail purchases.
- Support a smooth clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (desired).
- Strong critical thinking skills with excellent math and computer abilities, as well as the capacity to multitask.
- Excellent people skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests.
- Supporters of total body care with a general understanding of massage and skin care services.
