Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for efficient project execution.
  • Guide the team in installing cable and equipment infrastructures, ensuring proper testing and labeling.
  • Comply with all relevant fire safety and building regulations, including manufacturer guidelines and local codes.
  • Conduct field assessments to verify the accuracy of completed designs.
  • Perform calculations for wiring and other components as needed.
  • Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Organize and manage materials and tools for installation and project execution.
  • Optimize company resources to enhance performance and ensure project success.
  • Meet client needs through effective communication and problem-solving, acting as a liaison between the company and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during on-site operations.
  • Delegate daily tasks to team members and verify the accuracy of their work.
  • Report project progress to management and clients, including expense reporting.
  • Maintain company vehicles in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Basic Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
  • NICET certification and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to meet client demands.
  • Must be comfortable with heights and capable of carrying up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to pass background checks and routine drug screenings.
  • Commitment to maintaining a tobacco, vape, and drug-free workplace.
