Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Leader to join our Internal Medicine Clinic team. As a RN Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of nurses and support staff, while also delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of nurses and support staff
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Graduate from a school of nursing required
  • Successful completion of HFHS Pharmacology test
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and medical group personnel
  • Two to three years of nursing experience in a clinical environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Certifications/Licenses Required
  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
Physical Demands/Working Conditions

Works in a patient care setting with possible exposure to communicable diseases. May require heavy lifting of patients and/or equipment.
