Job Description

Ashton Woods is a leading home builder in the United States, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by identifying and qualifying prospects, and initiating, monitoring, and expediting the home buying process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, building process, financing plans, and mortgage process to effectively communicate with prospects and buyers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and community information to provide valuable insights to our customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Sales or Marketing from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required for business travel.
  • 1-5 years of sales experience in the residential home sales industry.
  • Ability to work weekends and travel extensively as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of business English and ability to communicate patiently and professionally with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks without compromising quality of work or mission deadlines.
