Nuclear and Precision Health Solutions Regional Sales Director

Cardinal Health is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our Nuclear and Precision Health Solutions division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing customer satisfaction, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Account Managers to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Provide coaching and development to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare and/or clinical diagnostic sales management
  • Proven leadership success with a focus on coaching, development, and employee satisfaction
  • Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Radiology experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare landscape in assigned market highly preferred
