Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our inventory is up-to-date and accurate. If you have prior experience with data entry, order pulling, and inventory control, we encourage you to apply. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced shop environment and communicate effectively with our shop team and drivers. **Job Summary:**

As a Parts Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

* Entering internal work orders into our system on a daily basis
* Verifying work orders are complete prior to entry
* Filing all WO's and outside repairs into truck folders
* Entering purchased parts into our system daily
* Performing quarterly parts inventory to ensure accuracy
* Handling all core returns and paperwork
* Communicating between shop and drivers regarding repairs
* Issuing and recording PO#'s and providing stock receipts and repair orders to Accounting daily

**Schedule:**

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or as scheduled

**Pay:**

$18 hourly

**Requirements:**

* Prior experience with data entry, order pulling, and inventory control
* Ability to work in a shop setting
* Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred but not required
