We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nursing Director to join our team at Diversicare Healthcare Services in Wichita, KS. As a Clinical Nursing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of care and the future of our nursing department. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and make a lasting impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire our nursing teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee staffing and training initiatives to foster a supportive and skilled nursing workforce.

Qualifications:
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
