Job Summary:

Tri-County Mental Health Services is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our psychiatric services department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the functioning of our treatment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary staff to review diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment plans.
  • Work with other clinical staff to ensure necessary resource linkage and provide timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment plans and provide education to clients and their families.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing and 3-5 years of RN experience in behavioral health required.
  • BLS training and Collaborating Physician agreement with Medical Director also required.

Requirements:

  • Strong documentation skills and prior experience working within an EHR.
  • Ability to use basic business equipment and EHR.
  • Consistent practice of self-care.
