Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer care and front desk support to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Assist clients with paperwork and ensure all documents are properly completed and filed.
- Schedule appointments for services and obtain necessary prior authorizations.
- Handle phone calls, perform phone assessments, and answer client questions.
- Advocate for treatment and provide information about our services.
- Properly and accurately document data related to client interactions.
- Communicate with staff regarding clients and services performed.
- Perform client chart audits and work with staff and physicians to ensure proper documentation and billing.
- Complete daily paperwork and enter data into the designated system.
- Assist with transportation coordination for clients as needed.
- Perform other clerical duties including inventory and maintenance of supplies, copying, faxing, scanning, and mailing as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow processes and scripted procedures.
- Professionalism and calm demeanor are essential for this client-facing position.
- Experience in a medical office front desk, call center, or administrative role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset and a desire to help others succeed.
- MA experience highly preferred.
