As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, your role will encompass providing guidance, diagnosing equipment issues, and ensuring adherence to all safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the safety and well-being of staff in the operational area
  • Facilitate toolbox talks and morning briefing sessions
  • Diagnose equipment problems and offer direction to maintenance personnel
  • Participate in field day discussions and training programs
  • Oversee daily planning activities with the maintenance crew
  • Perform safety inspections and uphold exemplary housekeeping standards

Qualifications:

  • Background in a manufacturing supervisory capacity
  • In-depth understanding of electrical systems and mechanical skills
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, ideally in an engineering discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in crafting performance improvement strategies
  • Familiarity with Reliability tools and Predictive Maintenance methodologies
  • Prior experience in electrical maintenance supervision within the paper manufacturing sector is advantageous

Compensation Package:

  • Salary Range: $80,625 - $134,375 based on experience
  • Annual Short-Term Incentive Program Bonus linked to performance metrics
