About the Role

The DoubleTree by Hilton Binghamton is seeking an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to oversee property maintenance operations and capital projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hotel engineering, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, boiler maintenance, and preventative maintenance.

This role requires effective delegation of tasks to subordinates to ensure smooth hotel operation. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

A minimum of two years of experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or in a supervisory role in a hotel setting is preferred. A strong understanding of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems is also required.
