Downtown Restaurant Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused server to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Binghamton. Key Responsibilities:

• Fully understanding menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to provide recommendations and answer guest queries
• Promptly seating guests, taking orders, serving meals on time, and addressing special requests
• Maintaining accurate guest checks, collecting payments, and ensuring error-free transactions
• Engaging in pre-shift meetings to stay informed about promotions, services, and facility operations

Requirements:

• Educational attainment: high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service with a strong guest-centric approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and guests
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and maintain a professional demeanor during peak periods

Compensation and Benefits:
