**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Distribution Center (DC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supervising a team of cycle count specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of DC operations to ensure high-quality performance, customer satisfaction, and low costs.
  • Review and coordination of WMS configurations at the DC level, including location set-up, rule sets, and item master configurations.
  • Supervision of the cycle count team, responsible for daily over/short and Freon cycle counts.
  • Coordination of cycle count reporting and random tests, with results reported monthly to distribution systems and DC operations management.
  • Procedural audits of all areas of the DC, with findings reported to distribution systems and DC operations management.
  • Assistance with procedural documentation, recommending changes, and referring updates to the procedure coordinator.
  • Act as on-site contact for RF unit maintenance, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensuring departmental compliance with company policies, procedures, and operations on a daily basis.
  • Collaboration with the in-bound operations manager on payroll figures, budgeting, productivity, and other matters.
  • Responsible for team safety, coordinating with the safety supervisor as needed.
  • Providing leadership, training, and guidance throughout the department, focusing on productivity and morale.
  • Work with the Inbound Operations Manager to establish annual goals and follow-up plans.
  • Conducting monthly team member meetings.
  • Assisting with team member evaluations and hiring new talent.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of the O'Reilly supervisor training program is desired.
  • Basic computer skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and people skills.
  • Ability to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately.
