Your Role:
As a Real Estate Operations Supervisor at California Commercial Investment Group, you will lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring operational excellence at your designated property. You are a confident leader, adept at balancing multiple priorities and responding to evolving situations seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Demonstrate exemplary leadership by embodying the values of California Commercial Investment Group, fostering strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to enhance our reputation. Property Management:
Ensure optimal performance at your property by maintaining full occupancy, ensuring resident satisfaction, timely collection of receivables, compliance with regulations, and adherence to budgetary constraints. Utilize available resources to establish clear performance standards and conduct regular assessments.
Customer Engagement:
Take ownership of communication, ensuring quality and promptness. Address resident concerns and legal matters swiftly, keeping senior management informed. Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective residents while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
Marketing Initiatives:
Craft and execute inclusive marketing strategies in line with HUD/Fair Housing guidelines to attract a diverse applicant pool. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing efforts and enhance property visibility.
Financial Oversight:
Maximize revenue through effective leasing strategies and timely rent adjustments. Collaborate with management to conduct market surveys and manage expenses within budgetary limits. Plan for capital improvements and address budget variances proactively.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to various program requirements, including affordable housing standards and HUD inspection criteria. Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations affecting property management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in team management
- 1+ years in Property Management or a related field
- Familiarity with real estate software (Yardi, Microsoft Office 365 preferred)
- Experience with affordable housing programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Industry certifications such as CPM, CAM, or similar are preferred
