This role is stationed at a prominent military installation, where you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals committed to excellence in their field. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operation and upkeep of radar systems and their associated components, including high-power transmitters and signal generators.
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on all systems, ensuring accurate documentation within the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
  • Assist in the calibration of high-power transmitters to ensure optimal performance across various operational parameters.
  • Review and implement critical launch documentation, including Operations Directives and Range Safety Operational Requirements.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic hardware issues to the component level, adhering to established technical guidelines.
  • Facilitate training sessions on radar system operations and maintenance.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support mission objectives.

Essential Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Experience Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent military training, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in electronics-related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
  • Experienced in Radio Frequency and Digital diagnostic troubleshooting.
  • Preferred: Two years of experience with radar systems.
Additional Requirements
  • Capability to climb heights of up to 160 feet.
  • Able to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as necessary.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.

The compensation for this role is determined by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, reflecting the responsibilities of the position and the candidate's qualifications.
