Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for home purchases and refinancing.
- Assess and analyze loan applications for eligibility and risk.
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, clarifying options and assisting with documentation.
- Work alongside underwriters and processors to ensure efficient loan processing.
- Stay informed about current mortgage products, rates, and industry regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
- Utilize sales skills to promote loan products and negotiate terms.
Qualifications:
- Strong mathematical and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Minimum of three years of experience in loan origination with an active NMLS license.
- Knowledge of TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
- Familiarity with accounting software and credit analysis.
- Ability to negotiate and conduct financial sales.
- Understanding of loan guidelines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in contract and escrow management.
Compensation:
Competitive salary up to $100,000.
