Payroll Manager

YPrime is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our Human Resources team. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the processing of hourly pay, salary pay, commissions, and bonuses for US and UK-based employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the processing of hourly pay, salary pay, commissions, and bonuses for US and International employees.
- Manage company 401(k) plan and create 401(k) summary for hourly and salaried employees.
- Create and provide the payroll posting by department to the Accounting Department.
- Verify all changes to payroll made by the Human Resources department (new hires, increases, etc.).
- Audit health, dental, and vision insurance for employee coverage by department.
- Manage state tax registration, and payroll setup, and collaborate with the Finance team on taxes.
- Manage annual workers' compensation validation.
- Manage the annual non-discriminatory testing and benefits audits (including 5500 and 401(k) audits).
- Support compensation management, benchmarking, and gap analysis.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and supervisors.
- Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.
- Respond to any data or reporting requests related to payroll, HRIS, and timekeeping, including unemployment and wage verifications.
