**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that the club is always in a state of good repair.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the club to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that the club is always running smoothly.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that members and guests have a positive experience at the club.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a commercial business or fitness setting, with a focus on maintenance and facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
