We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Engineering and Operations team at JSP International LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing large-scale capital projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all facets of capital projects, including budgeting, timelines, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
  • Develop and implement project scope, taking into account the requirements and needs of all stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address mechanical and process continuous improvement issues.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions for equipment and installation services.
  • Calculate and communicate project economics and payback estimates to upper management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles, analytical skills, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to source and direct the work of contractors and handle multiple complex engineering projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
