Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support in a medical setting
  • Perform basic medical procedures and tests under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider
  • Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Assist with patient education and provide information on medications, procedures, and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or medical office setting preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic life support (BLS) procedures
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
  • Proficiency in medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Familiarity with performing basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and EKGs
