Responsibilities as a Bridal Fashion Consultant/Wedding Attire Specialist:

  • Become a knowledgeable resource on our product offerings and creatively align our collections with the needs and trends of bridesmaids.
  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for brides, grooms, bridesmaids, and their families.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly performance targets.
  • Assist in the visual presentation of the showroom.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and a commitment to working with a diverse clientele.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with coworkers, clients, and vendors to uphold Bella's reputation for outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is preferred.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a willingness to engage directly with customers.
  • A proactive approach to learning and seeking additional training opportunities.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $18/hr.

Job Type: Part-time
