Elite Staffing Network LLC is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Develop and implement behavioral skills training programs for direct care staff.

• Supervise and train behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.

• Collaborate with caregivers to develop individualized programming based on client needs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
