Job Summary

The Host/Take Out Associate is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. This role requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, with a focus on ensuring seamless service and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greets and seats guests in a friendly and personalized manner, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
  • Maintains attentive and courteous communication with guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Handles take-out orders with precision, ensuring all guidelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Works collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Stays up-to-date on menu offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Handles cash and paperwork accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Utilizes Point of Sale and Reservation systems to efficiently manage guest transactions and reservations.
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leading by example and demonstrating good judgment.
