We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students and helping them reach their full potential.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a prepared learning environment that fosters independence, self-motivation, and a love for learning. You will work closely with our teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of our students.

You will also be responsible for supervising students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. In addition, you will maintain accurate attendance records and participate in parent-teacher conferences to keep families informed about their child's progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Montessori Certification or equivalent experience
  • BA or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
