Role Responsibilities:
The Production Packaging Specialist is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging both raw and finished goods. This role may also involve maintaining records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The position requires working in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating packaging machinery or similar technical/pharmaceutical equipment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, quality assurance, and GMP standards.
- Candidates with relevant experience in other fields that demonstrate a capacity to learn quickly are encouraged to apply.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in operating packaging machinery.
- Technical or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures (recipes, blueprints, high regulations).
- Equipment troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in performing equipment set-ups.
- Capable of cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Familiarity with operating systems or software used in packaging processes.
Work Environment:
Candidates will be required to work in a cleanroom warehouse setting, often in close proximity to colleagues. The role necessitates standing for extended periods, and adherence to GMP attire is mandatory.
