We are seeking a highly skilled Transmission Line Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of transmission line construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project management teams, line construction field managers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and coordinate transmission line construction projects, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Work with project management teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with line construction field managers to ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet the highest quality standards.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to project management teams and stakeholders on project progress and any issues that may arise.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in transmission line construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a project management or coordination role.
- Formal leadership or project oversight experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of transmission line construction principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
**Work Environment:**
This is a remote work opportunity, with occasional travel to project sites throughout the state.
