The successful candidate will work closely with project management teams, line construction field managers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.


**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Plan and coordinate transmission line construction projects, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Work with project management teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with line construction field managers to ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet the highest quality standards.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to project management teams and stakeholders on project progress and any issues that may arise.

**Requirements:**


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transmission line construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a project management or coordination role.
  • Formal leadership or project oversight experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of transmission line construction principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

**Work Environment:**


This is a remote work opportunity, with occasional travel to project sites throughout the state.
