Lottery Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lottery Services Technician to join our team at IGT. As a key member of our lottery services organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing IGT equipment at retailer locations. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and service IGT equipment at retailer locations, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Respond to dispatches and drive to customer locations within a specified zone to deliver supplies and install, remove, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices.
- Transport, install, and maintain IGT equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in the field, including swapping failed equipment, cleaning, and minor adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, accurately reporting activity, arrival and departure times, and problems, details, and resolutions of failures.
- Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts, tracking inventory and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Provide basic training to new retailers or refresher training to retailers performing procedures incorrectly.
- Complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, and recommendations for improvements.
- Attend driver training and adhere to IGT vehicle policy regarding vehicle use and maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or I.T. related training or education is a plus.
- 2+ years of electronics, repair, field, or related industry experience.
- Knowledgeable in electronics, data communications, or related areas of expertise.
- Ability to climb, lift, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit and drive for prolonged periods.
- Demonstrate dexterity when working with tools and moving parts.
