We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Toyota Kentucky. As a key member of our General Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including testing, repairing, and replacing parts as needed.
- Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- 2-year associate's degree in a related field and 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or 3 years of industrial maintenance/military experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Technical knowledge and skills in PLCs, computers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motion/motor control, welding, and machining.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A competitive hourly rate of $44.20, with a $1.50 hourly shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
