Your Role as a Senior Environmental Consultant:
- Assist clients in adhering to regulations concerning safety, stormwater management, industrial waste, air quality, and hazardous materials.
- Conduct compliance oversight for various projects in the field.
- Perform inspections to ensure compliance on Apex projects.
- Engage with regulatory inspectors to address compliance matters.
- Support and facilitate compliance audits.
- Draft comprehensive technical reports.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations affecting Apex projects.
- Manage the application and tracking of regulatory permits.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on regulatory compliance.
- Oversee field operations to ensure adherence to regulatory permits.
- Actively pursue your professional development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in environmental compliance within the United States.
- Exceptional technical writing abilities.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Awareness of safety protocols.
- Experience in maintaining compliance documentation.
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is preferred.
- Field experience and leadership in directing field teams.
- Proficiency in data management and report generation.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
