Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the scheduling of cashiers to ensure optimal lane utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide assistance to patrons and employees as needed, demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ensure that an adequate number of exit lanes are open at all times, adhering to city regulations and current conditions.
  • Monitor and maintain cashier terminals, reporting any equipment malfunctions or supply issues.
  • Verify specific transactions, such as abnormal or undocumented transactions, to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Review and ensure compliance with contractor policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent education.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Preferred: at least one year of work experience in public parking operations.
  • Excellent time management skills.
