Job Overview:

Graham is seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Position:
  • Conduct research to develop and revise training courses
  • Prepare instructor materials, student materials, and reports
  • Train personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars

The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree (or equivalent), related industry certifications, and approximately 4 years of experience in a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and personable with excellent telephone etiquette
  • Skill in operating computers and printers to produce a wide range of documents
