Opportunity Overview

WellSpan Health, a leading medical community in Central Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time radiologist with expertise in breast imaging to join our thriving group in York County.

About the Role

We are looking for an ABR-certified radiologist with fellowship training and/or clinical experience in breast imaging, mammography, and/or interventions. Our progressive Women's Center is a Center of Excellence, interpreting over 35,000 mammograms per year and diagnosing approximately 375 new breast cancers annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret mammograms and other breast imaging studies
  • Diagnose and treat breast-related conditions
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of radiologists and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques

Qualifications

We require a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, board certification or eligibility, and significant experience with computed tomography, magnetic imaging, and/or nuclear medicine/positron emission tomography.
