Job Summary

Soleo Health is seeking a skilled Infusion Nurse to provide primary patient care for assigned patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in infusion therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care for assigned patients, including assessments, care planning, and education on infusion therapy.
  • Evaluate patient environments and identify necessary interventions.
  • Develop and maintain patient care maps and evaluate patient responses to therapy.
  • Discharge patients and complete discharge summaries.
  • Communicate with care teams and document patient visits.
Requirements
  • Excellent IV skills and a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
  • RN degree, BSN preferred.
  • Current nursing license for applicable state.
  • Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
