Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at DeBella Mechanical. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including material procurement, skid production, shipping logistics, installation, and start-up of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing skid manufacturing and installation projects
  • Work with prefabrication subcontractors to maintain cost and schedule
  • Develop and manage new projects, including estimating and sales
  • Manage projects including estimating, field productivity, coordination with other trades, cash flow, customer relationships, and change order management
  • Provide leadership to Project Engineers and assist with training of younger staff
  • Prepare estimates and budgets for submittal to clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
  • 7+ years of experience managing mechanical and piping projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with progressive responsibility managing projects above $10M
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with BIM design
  • Construction management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to market new clients and maintain customer relationships
  • Self-starter with effective time management skills

A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000, performance-based compensation package, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
