Job Overview:
- Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit
- Hours: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Employment Type: Staff | Direct Hire
- Shift: Nights 7pm-7am
Essential Skills:
- Exceptional clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with protocols and procedures
Experience Required:
- WILL TRAIN 2+ years of ICU experience (hospital setting preferred) including Cardiac PCU, Cardiac Step-down, and ICU Step-down nurses transitioning into ICU roles
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- IV Qualified/Certified
- TN state RN license – or multi-state/compact license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
