Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Work Schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive insurance education and support.
- Maintain precise and current client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documentation accurately and promptly.
- Ensure policy modifications are processed correctly and comply with regulations.
- Conduct timely follow-up communications with clients to address questions and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products to existing clients.
- Implement retention strategies to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Licensing Requirements: Candidates must obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- No prior insurance experience is necessary. Preferred candidates would possess their insurance license and have previous insurance experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
